How does it work?
Dermelle's handheld body massager combines vibration massage with gentle, steady warmth of 37–42 °C (98.6–107.6 °F). Apply conductive gel, cream or oil to the area, hold the massage head against your skin and move it slowly in circles. The LED display shows your mode and intensity level, and the device turns itself off after 15 minutes.
How do I use it?
- Prepare: Apply conductive gel or stretch mark cream for the best glide. If you don't have either, any body cream or oil works. Keep the device itself dry.
- Choose a mode: Short-press the power key to select a mode.
- Set the intensity: Start at level 1 and increase with + as your body gets used to it (levels 1–10).
- Massage: Hold the massage head against your skin and move it slowly in circles for up to 15 minutes a day.
Use on the belly, waist, hips, butt, thighs, legs, arms and back. Do not use on the face. If it feels uncomfortable, lower the intensity or stop using it.

really loving this so far
i’ve been using this body massager mostly on my thighs, hips and lower stomach at night after my shower. I usually put a little body oil on first and spend a few minutes on each area. it feels really nice, especially on my legs after a long day, and my skin feels super smooth afterward. really easy to work into my nighttime routine too.
Love having the different settings
I wasn’t sure how much I’d actually use this but I’ve been pretty consistent with it. I mostly use it on my thighs, hips and lower stomach at night, and I like switching between the different massage heads depending on the area. some feel gentler and some give a deeper massage
